How to sell on WSIQ Bids
WSIQ Bids is watches only, vintage through current. Every sale happens live inside a seller's store. Here is the whole path from application to payout.
1. Create an account
Sign up with your email. This is the account that will own your store, so use the one you check.
2. Apply to sell
Go to Sell and complete the application. It asks who you are, what you sell, how you source and authenticate, how you ship, and how you want to be paid.
You will read the Seller Code of Conduct and sign it by typing your full legal name. Then you tick the readiness checklist — photos, disclosure, sale terms, shipping speed, fees, and keeping business on-platform.
Submit. Your status appears on the same page.
3. Approval review
Staff verify your identity or business details, review your prior sales, check your shipping/returns/authentication process, and confirm your signed code of conduct.
Every one of those boxes must be checked before approval is possible. If something is missing we set your application to "needs more info" with a note telling you exactly what to send.
On approval you get the seller role and your store is created automatically.
4. Set up your store
Open Seller Hub → Store profile. Set your handle, display name, avatar, banner, tagline, and bio.
Write your shipping policy and your return policy. If you generally sell as-is with no returns, turn on the as-is default so every new lot starts that way — you can still override it lot by lot.
5. Add items to your store
Seller Hub → My lots → Add lot. Enter brand, model, reference, year, condition, box & papers, service history, and description.
Set starting bid, bid increment, and an optional reserve. Add image URLs (or uploads) — the first image is the lot's cover.
Choose sale terms: a return window in days, or as-is with no returns.
Save as a draft. Nothing is public until it is attached to a show or scheduled.
6. Schedule an auction show
Seller Hub → My shows → Schedule show. Give it a title, cover image, date and time, and a short description.
Assign lots to the show and set their running order. Buyers can hit "remind me" on scheduled shows, and your show appears in Live → Upcoming.
7. Run the show
At showtime open Host console. Hit Go live to start your camera and the stream.
Open a lot to put it on the block — it runs a server-side clock that extends on late bids, so nobody can snipe. Hit Hammer down to close it and move to the next lot.
8. Popup live (no schedule needed)
Want to sell right now? Hit Go live now in the Seller Hub or Host console. It creates a show starting immediately, marks it live, and drops you into the host console.
Use Quick add lot while streaming to add a watch on the fly — brand, model, one photo, starting bid — and it lands at the end of your queue instantly.
9. After the sale
Winners are recorded per lot. Ship within 3 business days, insured and tracked, and enter tracking in the app.
Payouts follow your chosen payout method. Fees are deducted from the hammer price.
A note on as-is lots
You are free to sell any lot as-is with no returns — plenty of vintage deserves it. As-is covers condition and wear you disclosed. It never covers a fake, a wrong reference, or an undisclosed replacement part; those are always returnable and are code-of-conduct violations.
